Optimizing processes and structures

Concepts such as "process optimization", "business re-engineering" or "restructuring" have not only long since been terms in industry. There's hardly a business or an agency which hasn't repeatedly analyzed its processes and structures in order to discover possible weaknesses and to make improvements.

If one looks beyond the surface however, process and structure optimizations frequently reveal themselves as issues in need of improvement: there is a lack of clear goals; the underlying processes present themselves in multitude and frequently have a high degree of complexity; software tools are oversized. As a consequence, consulting projects often get out of hand, thereby often making the issue, especially in the administration context, to a venture difficult to both comprehend and finance.

Still process and structure analyses, e.g. within bounds of quality management, or in the course of adapting to the service spectrum, or within the framework of introducing new communication technologies, are unavoidable today.

MICUS supports you in clearly defining your goals, in the systematic and intelligible survey, analysis and modelling of the central, business-determining processes as well as the future-oriented formation of your organizational structures. In doing so, the critical examination of one's own service spectrum can represent a sensible basis for cost reduction as well as the increase of one's own leeway for action.

In doing this, MICUS perceives itself as a coach for the customer, who consistently incorporates the employees involved into the analysis and conceptual development in order to create understanding and support for necessary changes early on.
